Aanchal Dairy – Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Perishable Products

Due to the nature of dairy products (milk, ghee, paneer, curd, butter, etc.), we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. This is to ensure that all customers receive fresh and safe products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or missing items in your order

Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video evidence of the damaged/incorrect product

After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not been processed for delivery.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
